Program
LovingBud Dispensary LLC sends two kinds of text messages:
- Order messages: updates about a pickup request you placed, such as “ready for pickup.” Sent only about requests you make.
- Promotional messages: deals, new products, and loyalty updates. Sent only if you separately agree to receive them.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older, or a qualified New Mexico patient, to join.
How to join
You can sign up through our website, a sign-up tablet in our store, a QR code, or by texting a keyword we publish. After you sign up, we send one confirmation text. Promotional messages start only after you reply to confirm.
Consent is optional
Agreeing to promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Promotional messages vary, up to 8 per month. Order messages depend on how many pickup requests you place.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. LovingBud does not charge for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, tell our staff in the store, or contact [email protected]. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and nothing after that. You can rejoin at any time.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We never sell or share your phone number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
