Our website and store are for adults 21 and older, or qualified patients as allowed by New Mexico law. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

- Information from your visits: age verification at the store as required by New Mexico law, and your purchase history as recorded in our state-required point-of-sale and tracking system.
- Information from your device: basic website data such as pages visited, browser type, and cookies that remember your age verification and preferences.
How we use your information
- To process and notify you about pickup requests
- To verify your age and meet New Mexico recordkeeping requirements
- To send promotional texts or emails, only if you have agreed to receive them
- To run our loyalty program and tailor offers to your purchases
- To answer your questions and improve our website and service
Text and email marketing
We send promotional messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
